Education and Qualifications
* NMC Registration
* Mentorship module/Preceptor training
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Management/leadership certification
* Revalidation training
Experience
* 5 years post qualification experience in Hospital or Primary Care
* Previous Outpatient Clinic Experience
* Post registration experience to demonstrate relevant clinical skills for this post
* Mentoring experience
* Participation in a change management project
Knowledge
* Knowledge of current clinical evidence-based practice
* Knowledge of current professional issues related to nursing
* Experience with risk assessment and adverse events investigations
Key Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work

Salary: £37,338 to £44,962 per annum pro rata
