Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Temporary Cover Helpdesk Administrator to provide support to a busy FM client in the Liverpool area. Paying £13.00 per hour, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.\n\nThe role will cover all general administrative tasks to include:\n- Daily operational support to team, linkage to finance, planning and customers\n- Some accounts administration and purchasing coordination\n- PPM and Maintenance scheduling\n- clerical support duties\n- all basic general admin duties to support a busy facilities office\n\nJob description:\nThe candidate will need a multi-role approach to the position as the work will cover a spectrum of office and support services to a busy maintenance contract.\n \nScheduling out Daily/Monthly PPM’s and being responsible for any queries related to work orders from engineers’ day to day tasks.\nTo represent the client in applicable working groups for ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety Legislation and site-specific Health, Safety and Welfare policies. \nMaintain formal and informal communication with the Trust managers related to services activities/ working group.\nDevelop good working relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.\nProvide administrative support and advice for Hard FM staff (engineers) where required. \nCo-operating and working closely with the helpdesk team to ensure the continued effective\nmanagement, development and operation of the CAFM system - training will be given \nComplying with safe systems of work at all times \nPrevious experience using SharePoint and Maximo CAFM systems (desirable) but training will be given\n \nThe individual will need to meet the following criteria:\n- have min 3 years administration experience\n- Ideally have a technical knowledge background (but not essential)\n- experience of working within the building services sector - a distinct advantage\n- be familiar with FM, Building Services or maintenance sector operations\n- be willing to work "hands-on" and complete general administrative duties\n \nIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now\nPRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.\nPlease note if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful.\nPRS is an equal opportunities employer
