The Opportunity Polestar is blazing a new trail, dedicating ourselves to the development and refinement of electric vehicle performance. We are currently looking for a structured and organized Pre owned vehicle processor colleague to strengthen our Quality team. We are looking for a person with competence in at least one of the following areas. Qualifications: · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and specifications is a plus. · Basic computer skills for data entry and processing vehicle information. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. · Previous experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry is an asset but not required. This position will be based in The Polestar Manchester space with the physical location being at Stockport Volvo. The Responsibilities In this role you will be the main person responsible for coordinating and executing product certification for our preowned market. Your responsibilities will be: Inspect incoming pre-owned vehicles for any damage or maintenance needs. Accurately record vehicle condition, including mileage, VIN numbers, and any repair needs. Organize and maintain vehicle documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for resale. Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely processing of vehicles. Photograph vehicles for online listings and promotional materials. Assist in organizing the lot. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with dealership standards. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide solutions, and deliver a high-quality service experience. Issue Resolution: Analyse and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information and support to customers. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and communicate findings to management The Ideal Candidate You have excellent skills when it comes to documentation, planning, structure and attention to detail.
