Main duties of the job You will participate in the provision of a breast screening imaging and diagnostic service for the West Berkshire Breast Screening Service and the Symptomatic Breast Service. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing Screening and Symptomatic mammography including tomosynthesis, biopsy, VAB, VAE and localisation including Magseed. In the absence of a Radiologist use experience and judgement of previous cases to take further images to demonstrate an area of abnormality. Lay-up trolleys for intervention and assist with the procedures e.g. biopsies. You will be required to work within the Radiology Department, the Breast Screening Unit and on the community based Mobile Screening Unit(s).
