Position : HR Analyst Location : Type : Full-time, Permanent
Utilise iTrent experience to deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyse data trends and provide expert insights.
Analyse large data sets to identify trends, variances, and recommend efficiency improvements.
Handle organisational structure changes within the HR system.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, data analysis.
Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors.
Understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider HR team.
