Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Repairs and Voids Supervisor Permanent NS10 £35,235-£37,035 per annum 37 hours per week Based in Newark We are now recruiting a Repairs and Voids Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will, alongside a team of supervisors, coordinate and manage a team of trades operatives to ensure that our repairs service is delivered and planned to a high quality, that customer focus is key, and that performance is monitored and managed effectively. Your duties will include, but not be limited to: With the Repairs and Voids Manager, ensuring that all service standards, performance indicators, and targets are met in the delivery of the repairs service, Effectively managing a team of operatives to ensure high standards of morale, performance, communication and customer service, Providing technical advice and assistance to our Repairs Customer Service and Works Planning team, Consulting with tenants on choice of works and fittings, Investigating and resolving complaints received, Monitoring demand on the service, working with the Repairs and Voids Manager to ensure continued service delivery. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing building maintenance or building workforces as well as supervising a team and achieving high performance. You will be effective at planning and prioritising, have good communication skills, and will be able to work effectively with partners and a range of stakeholders.
