Reporting to the Engineering Director of Product Respiratory, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge electromedical devices used in anaesthesia and intensive care. The Role
* Design and develop electromedical devices for anaesthesia and intensive care.
* Oversee device repairs, servicing, and compliance with EU MDR, ISO13485, and related standards.
* Collaborate on testing, analysis, and root cause identification to improve product performance.
* Develop user manuals, technical reports, and training materials.
* Stay at the forefront of industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
The Person
Essential:
* Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics.
* Proven hands-on experience in electronics product development.
* Expertise in PCB design or fault-finding and repair.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD or similar.
Desirable:
* Experience in medical device electronics development.
* Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
* Strong fault-finding skills with electronics products and PCBs.
