Job summary The Medical HSEP (Health Services for Elderly People) team, specialising in working with patients living with frailty, is excited to be able to offer a Band 6 Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy post. You will be joining a friendly, well established integrated therapy service, working alongside experienced colleagues and supported by experienced occupational therapists and physiotherapists as well as aFrailty Lead Therapist/Advanced Clinical Practice Traineeand Clinical Lead. Thepostwill be based on the medical and HSEP wards, where you will be working alongside cohesive, supportive and forward thinking multidisciplinary teams. About us You will be joining an experienced multidisciplinary therapy team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians and Therapy Support Workers, supported by a Clinical Lead Therapist andFrailty Lead Therapist/Advanced Clinical Practice Trainee.
