Are you a dedicated Customer Service professional with a passion for team leadership and delivering an exceptional customer experience? We’re looking for an experienced Customer Services Team Leader to join our team and oversee the entire customer journey—from initial contact to payment completion.
About the Role:
As a Customer Services Team Leader, you’ll manage and support a talented customer service team, ensuring smooth daily operations and handling escalations to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and finance, to streamline processes and improve service efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
1. Oversee daily customer service activities, manage workloads, and provide support to team members as needed.
2. Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and identify coaching opportunities to help team members grow.
3. Take ownership of unresolved customer issues and implement effective solutions.
4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, returns, and payments.
5. Collaborate with the finance team to confirm payment processing and with the warehouse for seamless delivery communications.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: 2+ years in a customer service environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a strong eye for detail. Proficiency in CRM (preferably Gold-Vision), ERP, and MS Office is essential.
3. Attributes: A team-oriented leader with a positive, goal-driven attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
