The marketing landscape is increasingly driven by organic content distribution, and our client is at the forefront of this wave.
Having achieved enormous success through Founder-led sales, they are now hiring their first Account Executive.

* Fast-approaching £1m ARR from 30 customers, including world-leading organisations such as the Olympics, Live Nation, New Balance and Spotify.
* £18k ARR ACV. The largest client spends £185k annually and average spend per client is trending upwards. 3-6 month deal cycle.
* Proven client ROI: 7x increased engagement metrics, 10x higher click-through rates and 5x higher acquisition conversion - driving audience engagement, sales and sponsorship success.
* 10-person team - scaling profitably and sustainably without significant external funding.
* First sales hire partnering with the Founder/CEO to build and evolve the sales function and
* Opportunity to progress into sales leadership based on performance.
* Proven and effective lead generation strategies with tried and tested messaging, primarily through outbound efforts and referrals. Incoming marketing support presents a huge opportunity to drive inbound growth.
* Realistic target of 3x OTE.
* £75k - £85k base x 2 OTE + potential stock options + remote working (occasional London travel).
The Role:
* Close 5-6 figures deals with mid-market and enterprise brands, music labels, sporting organisations and any other organisation engaging consumers through content.
* Build the pipeline via outbound prospecting, including market research, mapping, phone calls, LinkedIn and emails.
* Run the full sales process from discovery to demo to close using sales frameworks such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
* Hit and exceed realistic targets set by the company. Exceeding targets is highly incentivised. Targets will be around 3x of your OTE.
* Collaborate with the team to refine GTM strategies, while taking ownership of the pipeline from day one.
* Maintain accurate CRM records - reporting is essential to the client so they can get the insight required to develop the sales function further. This will also help with accurate forecasting and understanding of where new resources should be deployed.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing 5-6 figure deals. Bonus if you have experience selling mar-tech to marketing teams.
* Comfortable generating your own leads through outbound activities.
* Self-starter and proven ability to thrive in an early-stage start-up. You lead deals from the front, involving internal teams as needed.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
* Professionally trained in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
* Happy to work remotely with occasional travel to London - must live within a commutable distance.
