German speaking Sales Administrator
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience

The company: A well-established FMCG company who design, develop and sell speciality products to markets worldwide.
Main duties:
1. Provide support to the German sales team as well as be the first point of contact providing outstanding customer service.
2. Respond to enquiries via phone and email.
3. Order processing for customers as well as the sales team.
4. Be responsible for arranging the transport and delivery of orders.
5. Ensure all data is captured accurately.
6. Reporting as needed.
7. Administrative duties as needed.
The candidate:
1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential.
2. Customer service / administrative experience beneficial.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure with a high attention to detail.
5. Confident, good attitude, courteous.
The salary: up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
