International Account Manager

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading Gifting/Health and Beauty company, on the search for International Account Manager This is a permanent role based in Gloucestershire.
As the International Account Manager, you will lead, develop, and expand sales and profitability across the European, and Middle Eastern regions, taking full responsibility for all operations within this territory. You will establish and position the brands in EMEA as distinct, fashion-forward, and design-centric, with a focus on sustainable market share growth, sales expansion, and profit optimisation across multiple channels. Maximise retail potential for all product categories by managing relationships with distributors in the region.
Achieve targeted sales volumes and revenue, ensuring profitability within EMEA markets.
Develop and execute annual plans to drive business growth in the EMEA region.
Report monthly sales volumes and communicate any changes to budget, targets, or expected annual profit delivery to senior management.
Collaborate with local distributors to develop and implement joint business plans with major retailers in each market.
Proven experience in account management, with full market or trade channel accountability.
