Responsibilities:
1. Audio Typing of referrals to hospital and other correspondence
2. Raising and Tracking Invoices and payments
3. Ordering Stationery
4. Managing requests for non-NHS private work
5. Greet and check-in patients as they arrive
6. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
7. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
8. Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
9. Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and filing documents
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
2. Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
