Registered Manager (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will oversee the management of the service, ensuring that care and treatment are of the highest standard and tailored to the individual needs of each person. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve both operational and strategic goals while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional leadership and hands-on management support, guiding staff to maintain high standards and positive attitudes.
* Lead senior management and clinicians, ensuring operational direction and performance standards are met, including budget management.
* Oversee recruitment, employment practices, and staff training to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organizational standards.
* Manage staff leave and schedules, ensuring the smooth running of services at all times.
Required Skills
* Hold a QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
* Have in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements, including CQC regulations.
* Have at 5 years +experience of managing registered care homes.
* Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
