* Perform a range of routine tasks, including joiner and leaver account requests.
* Provide technical support for all Healthshare applications, including configuration changes and escalation as required.
* Provide friendly technical support to Healthshare staff and NHS staff through the support desk including email and telephone.
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems/faults, including working with application supplier support teams and documentation.

Headquartered in Kings Hill, Kent, our five-person application and data team support this work by configuring, administering and managing a range of systems. These include NHS IT Systems, clinical systems, specialist health applications, and Microsoft technologies. We are now seeking a Support Technician, from the Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship Programme, who will support this work.
