This is an exciting part-time opportunity to join the council early years team to work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective administrative support, process information and provide reports.
You will be joining a small team that provide support to the early years sector through supporting the team to organise events, plan and promote training and other finance and administrative functions to ensure effective support to our settings.
You would be the first point of contact for any queries or concerns from early years settings. You will have a high degree of accuracy in processing data and will be able to work to strict deadlines, whilst respecting the confidential nature of the information processed.
You will have ability to use and develop information systems and Microsoft Office and Excel. As well as having good customer care skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy. You will also have experience and the ability to collate and analyse data.
