* Charitable Foundations: Managing initiatives and projects for two charities focused on social impact.
* Boxing Team Operations: Assisting with logistics and support for the athlete’s training camps and team.
* Merchandise Business: Supporting the creation and distribution of branded merchandise, working with consumer and B2B partners.
* Property Investments: Coordinating schedules, communications, and operations for a growing property portfolio.
* Sports Management Company: Overseeing administrative support for a company managing athletes and sports ventures.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
* Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
* Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies, procedures, and processes to support the office's strategic goals.
* Collaborate with senior management to identify operational needs and provide practical solutions.
Project Management
* Lead and oversee special projects, ensuring alignment with overall office objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate project completion, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Budgeting and Financial Management
* Develop and manage the office budget in coordination with the finance team, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
* Oversee procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to optimise cost-efficiency.
* Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for leadership review.
Human Resources and Team Support
* Collaborate with HR to support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
* Manage employee relations and foster a positive, productive work environment.
* Develop internal communication strategies to keep all teams informed and aligned on office objectives.
Administrative Oversight
* Supervise administrative staff, ensuring effective task management, resource allocation, and quality of service.
* Ensure the office facilities are fully operational, safe, and meet health and safety regulations.
* Handle high-level scheduling, executive support, and ensure confidentiality in all dealings with senior staff and clientele.
Strategic Planning and Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies, leading initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular assessments of operational procedures and suggest improvements to streamline office functions.
* Work with leadership to support business continuity and risk management initiatives.
Coordination Across Businesses
* Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between the charitable foundations, boxing team, merchandise team, property investment portfolio, and sports management company.
* Work closely with the principal’s personal assistant to coordinate travel plans and with the operations director on business-related tasks.
* Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
Event and Travel Management
* Work with the principal’s personal assistant to coordinate travel logistics for the principal and his team, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Assist in planning and executing events, from charity fundraisers to merchandise launches.
Communication
* Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
* Maintain consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operations across all ventures.
* Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting tasks where necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant preferred, or in a similar role supporting a high-profile individual or complex business operations.
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
