Project Controller Location: Hybrid (Cardiff, Once a Week)

Project Oversight & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and update comprehensive project schedules from initiation to completion, covering project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation using critical path methodology.
Financial & Progress Reporting: Oversee financial aspects of projects, including day-to-day accounting, financial forecasting, and generating regular progress reports. Support project audits and assist in ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, such as milestones and payment applications.
Build strong relationships with project managers, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and a seamless project delivery experience.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed project documentation, track issues and risks, and support compliance across project milestones. Develop tools and templates to enhance project control processes.
Risk Management & Support: Support the PMO with risk management, procurement, and general project administration, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Experience: Proven background in a similar project control role.
Skilled in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite.
Project Execution: Ability to align schedules with project realities, including risk assessment and optimisation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and project teams.
