They are now seeking a driven individual with strong customer service experience to join their Customer Care team at the Northampton office and help take it to the next level.
Role & Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls, correspondence, and emails related to customer care
Assessing and resolving complaints promptly and effectively
Allocating tasks to technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors to address issues
Scheduling appointments with the appropriate technicians, suppliers, or subcontractors
Ensuring completed work meets customer expectations and standards
Keeping records accurate and up to date using internal systems
Managing work categories efficiently while controlling costs
Gaining an understanding of defect reporting processes and assisting with logging defects
Processing customer reports in line with company guidelines
