Recruitment Delivery Consultant- 12 Months Fixed Term

We're looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team. The Recruitment Delivery Consultant holds responsibility to deliver an excellent recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
You will help embed a culture of best practice planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, and reviewing and improving processes to ensure we secure great people.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Focusing on supporting specific business units with high volume roles, to source the right candidate at the right time. Working alongside the team, you'll assist in various projects to ensure effective hiring processes.
What you'll be doing:
* Recruiting a high-volume of customer service roles across our various business units and locations.
* Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. This includes providing timely communication, feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.
* Deliver the best customer experience through high quality, well documented processes, and engagement (briefing, solutions and communication).
* Ownership of full end to end recruitment, including but not limited to:
o Managing high volume of applications.
o Screening Candidates using Telephone and Video Interviews.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with Team Leaders and Candidates.
o Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates.
o Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
o Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
o Update & maintain all relevant team spreadsheets.
o Collaborating with the wide team, including other TA Specialists, Partners & Peers.
o Collaborating with the Employer Brand team to enhance our position as an employer of choice.
What you'll need:
* Recruitment experience in a commercial organisation.
* Knowledge of process improvements in recruitment procedures.
* Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to manage a high volume of roles.
* In summary, you'll be a valuable member of our team, contributing to recruitment efforts and supporting various initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. The perfect blend between connection and flexibility combining the best parts of home and office working. When you'll be in the Leeds office depends on your role and team, but most colleagues will be required to spend 2 days a week in the office.
