Sales Administrator, Poole, up to £30,000
Our client, a solutions provider business that designs and sells bespoke, advanced equipment, has the requirement for a Sales Administrator to join their team. As a Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the sales function. You'll work as a close-knit team ensuring customer orders and projects are delivered within timescale and to customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in ensuring quotations are processed onto the ERP system, as well as administering the sales order process and providing support where required.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Sales quote creation using Sage/ERP system
2. Review of Purchase Orders received and correction with customers where required
3. Generation of Sales orders once contracts have been accepted
4. Assist with other general administration to support the sales function
5. Support in the creation of graphics and marketing materials as required
Sales Administrator Skills & Experience Required:
1. Previous experience supporting a sales and/or commercial function, ideally within engineering or manufacturing
2. Strong accuracy skills
3. Excellent organizational skills: able to manage and prioritize a busy workload
4. Communication skills
5. Excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS Office packages and ERP, SAP, Sage or similar customer order system
