Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent full-time or fixed-term position for 12 months available

We are an award-winning building design consultancy and 2025 is looking to be our busiest year yet. With exciting new upcoming projects with our partners at North Yorkshire Council as well as other private sector clients, we are looking for a NEC Supervisor to join us at Align Property Services.

Align Property Services is a Limited Company, wholly owned by North Yorkshire Council. We are one of the largest multi-discipline building design consultancies in the North of England. We are collaborative in the way we work, offering a broad range of services in Architecture, Sustainability, Building Surveying, Project Management, Civil & Structural, Transport Planning, Bridges, Highways & Drainage Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, CD, Property Advisory & Estate Management.
We are dynamic and diverse in our approach to projects, from valuing small gardens to multi-million-pound listed structures including schools, fire stations, care homes and other public and commercial buildings across the UK.
As a NEC Supervisor
You will collaborate with the wider multi-disciplined team to successfully support the contractual duties to deliver a selection of public sector funded infrastructure projects. Your presence on site will allow you to monitor the works, witness any testing, check compliance with the Works Information and ensure that all works are conducted in line with the quality and standards defined in the contract.
Your expertise in this area, combined with experience within highways and civil engineering, will enable you to identify any potential issues before they arise, communicate to the relevant parties, and put forward prevention measures to ensure the effective continuation of works.
