Internal Communications Executive The Air Ambulance Service provides Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and The Children’s Air Ambulance (TCAA), delivering life-saving care and paediatric transfers across the UK. Entirely funded by donations, we support the NHS without using its resources, saving lives and improving clinical outcomes. From crafting impactful content to coordinating internal campaigns, you’ll help build a strong, connected workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of internal communication strategies that drive engagement, and are measurable through a defined process. Create compelling and accessible content for a range of channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, and internal events. Work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with strategic goals. Coordinate and execute internal campaigns that promote key initiatives, values, and business updates. Gather feedback from employees and volunteers to continually improve internal communications. Support leadership and managers in delivering clear and engaging communication. Assist in gathering and analysing feedback from employees to improve internal communication efforts. About You Experience in an internal communications, employee engagement, or related role. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A creative and proactive approach to engagement, with a passion for building strong internal communities. Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from leadership to frontline employees and volunteers. Experience using digital communication tools such as intranet platforms, email marketing, and social media is desirable.
