Full time Trainee CAD Residential Sprinkler Estimator/Designer.

Fire Fighter 24/7 LLP are a family run business who specialise in domestic and residential sprinkler systems and dry riser installations. We are looking for a full time Sprinkler estimator / designer to join our growing team, initially supporting our current estimators & designers, whilst training is given.
Responsibilities:
* Completing initial sprinkler estimations
* Completing bespoke AutoCAD drawings of fire sprinkler systems, to applicable recognised standards
* Inputting and completing full hydraulic calculations & reports using specialist software
* Co-ordination with other trades and services, including liaising with our clients and design team members
* Uploading the relevant information to our Construction Management Software
* Assisting our engineers with any design queries
* Other ad hoc duties as required, including excel spreadsheets, word documents, etc.
Attributes and Skills:
* Must be able to plan and organise your own workload.
* Must have strong attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy of work.
* Familiar with 2D AutoCAD (preferred but not essential)
* Familiar with BS 9251:2021 (preferred but not essential)
* Familiar with Microsoft Windows & Office 365
* Full driving licence is essential as the successful candidate will be required to travel (on occasion) in accordance with their duties.
* Great verbal and written communication.
* Needs to work well within a team

* Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays
