An outstanding Primary/Secondary School is seeking a Pastoral Manager to join their growing team.
They are looking to appoint a Cover Manager to ensure pupils undertake a pre-prepared lesson during a teacher’s absence, support students and work closely to support the pastoral and curricular systems both operationally and administratively.
Responsibility
* To actively promote the Academy’s Equal Opportunities Policy and Diversity Strategy and observe the standard of conduct which prevents discrimination taking place.

* To work with colleagues to achieve school improvement plan objectives and targets.
* To participate in Employee Development schemes and Performance Management and contribute to the identification of own team development needs.
* To actively support all school policies and strategic objectives.

Experience, Training and Qualifications of the individual:
* Be creative, patient, and willing to think outside of the box.
* Previous experience with providing cover in a variety of subjects.
* Is a team player who puts the success of all learners at the heart of all they do
* Is passionate about ensuring every student meets their potential
* Has excellent subject knowledge
To be eligible for this role, the potential candidate must:
* Hold the right to work in the country of the role.
* DBS certificates
* Pastoral Manager experience
* Provide specific references.
