Finance Business Partner Location: Birmingham City Centre The business is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner to be part of our small Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role will report directly to the Head of FP&A and work alongside a business analyst. Role and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for the following: Business partnering with key stakeholders to understand & develop their KPI reporting requirements both ad-hoc and on-going Business partnering with key stakeholders, supporting them in converting complex data into meaningful actions Maintain & further automate existing Power BI Reports Support the Head of FP&A in understanding & interpreting the data into meaningful narrative Support with modelling for the annual budgeting process & adhoc projects Improve monthly Finance reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet etc) in Sage Intacct Key Skills & Experience ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification Previous experience in a similar role High attention to detail & a problem solving mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex/detailed concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
