Here's What the Job Entails:
13. Mechanical and Body Work : Perform all necessary mechanical and body work on assigned jobs.
14. Vehicle Dismantling : Dismantle vehicles to prepare them for the panel shop.
15. Inspections and Diagnostics : Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work.
16. Parts Management : Order replacement parts and ensure their timely arrival.
17. Reassembly : Reassemble vehicles with new parts to restore them to pre-accident condition.
Here's What We're Looking for in You:
18. Experience : Significant experience as an MET Technician, preferably from an accident repair background.
19. Attention to Detail : High attention to detail and the ability to work skillfully and safely under pressure.
20. Workload Planning : Effective workload planning to meet agreed timescales.
21. Specifications Adherence : Ability to work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
22. Team Player : A team player with the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.
23. Flexibility: Flexibility in approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
24. Health and Safety : Adherence to Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing provided PPE and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
