With ambitious plans for rapid expansion, my client is looking to increase their market share in existing regions while establishing a stronger presence along the M5 corridor (Devon, Somerset, Avon, and Gloucestershire) and across South Wales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Present my client’s product suite to prospective clients.
* Develop a personal pipeline and achieve individual sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective customers.
* Present high-quality finance applications to in-house underwriters or funders in a clear, honest, and comprehensive manner.
* Follow up on regular marketing activities, taking appropriate action to increase new business and improve service levels.
* Work towards agreed KPIs and behaviours.
* Engage with regional groups, businesses, introducers, and individuals to grow awareness of my client’s brand.
* Identify niche opportunities in the region for further growth.
* Utilise and promote the use of the company’s CRM system.
* Work closely with the Associate Director to deliver the agreed sales strategy.
* Represent my client in alignment with their company values.
COMPLIANCE, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
* Stay up to date with compliance regulations, including any changes relevant to the role.
* Attend and complete any mandatory training courses required by the company.
* Lead by example and ensure conduct rules are embedded in all aspects of work.
* Identify and pursue relevant training opportunities.
EXPERIENCE
As an Asset Finance Specialist, you will report directly to the Associate Director and will be responsible for developing new business throughout your region across various products and solutions.
This role is ideal for a highly energised and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in the UK finance and leasing industry. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, the ability to hit the ground running, and a team-oriented mindset that aligns with the company’s culture.
This is a home-based position, although attendance at internal and external meetings, networking events, and other engagements will be required.
