A bit about the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the rapid early stage growth that Marro is currently experiencing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on pace, is commercially minded, and knows how to leverage data, experimentation, and marketing to unlock scale. If you have experience in D2C, know your way around growth levers, and are passionate about delivering customer and business impact, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of your pod, working cross-functionally to fuel our growth engine. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Insights, as well as key business stakeholders in Brand, Operations, and Customer Love.
In this role, you will:
* Own and execute a growth-focused roadmap, driving conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
* Identify and scale key growth levers across acquisition, activation, and monetization.
* Lead rapid experimentation—A/B testing, funnel optimization, pricing strategies, and new proposition development.
* Work closely with Marketing to align digital product and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless customer journeys and maximizing ROI.
* Deeply understand customer behavior through data analysis, segmentation, and qualitative research.
* Set and track key performance metrics, ensuring all decisions are insight-driven.
* Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing impact, effort, and risk to drive sustainable growth.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear alignment and execution across teams.
* Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, velocity, and impact.
A bit about you:
* Loves cats. Naturally.
* Passion for start-ups and Product Management.
* You’re an entrepreneurial type, who doesn’t need direction to make things happen.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, ideally in D2C or eCommerce.
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing key metrics.
* Deep understanding of acquisition, conversion, retention, and pricing strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills—you’re comfortable running analyses, defining metrics, and working with data teams. Ideally, you have experience writing SQL or are keen to learn.
* Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and customer segmentation.
* Strong collaboration skills, especially with Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams.
* A bias for action—you move quickly, iterate often, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
