With their growth and development plans for this yea, they are looking for an Experienced Mortgage Administrator to join the team. Job description Submission of mortgage applications to the lender Managing cases and pipeline from pre-submission to post completion. Progressing cases with lenders, solicitors and providers to ensure applications are processed in a timely manner. Obtaining outstanding / required documents from clients and supplying them to lenders, providers, and solicitors. Progress reporting to advisers for existing pipeline and providing a list of upcoming reviews. Contacting clients by phone and email to provide updates and make them aware of upcoming reviews. Ensuring client documents are stored and filed correctly. Using our ‘Toolbox’ CRM system to type up fact finds, recommendation letters, and creation of policy records. Policy reconciliation for commission runs. Maintaining good relationships with our existing and new clients Protection administration, completing client fact find, adding compliance to toolbox, tracking case notes, reconcile policies. Ideal Candidate Previous experience in administration is essential with a good knowledge of Financial Services. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of mortgage and protection products, the application process, and relevant regulations.
