As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a professional, efficient, and people-focused HR service to our workforce. You will work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR. Responsibilities Included:
* Managing the Request to Recruit (RTR) process to ensure compliance and timeliness.
* Coordinating recruitment activities, from job specification creation to interview scheduling and candidate screening.
* Overseeing global onboarding materials and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
* Coaching line managers on low-level employee relations cases and supporting with ER meetings.
* Conducting audits and maintaining HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Partner with line managers to drive engagement, retention, and people development strategies.
* Drive HR initiatives, including well being, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement programs.
* Support HR projects such as workforce planning, organisational change, and policy development.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, keeping up to date with legislative changes.
* Manage HR administration, including contracts, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Attributes:
* CIPD L3 Qualified as a minimum
* Minimum of 3 years within a HR role
* Experienced preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and solid experience with HR systems such as Workday.
* Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Proactive, solution-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and support stakeholders.
* Experience using HR systems and analysing HR data to inform decision-making.
