Job Description Our client is looking for an organised and hardworking Project Administrator to join their team. In this role, you’ll support the project managers and teams with the day-to-day running of construction projects, making sure everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities General Support: Provide admin help to project managers and teams to keep projects on track. Paperwork: Keep all project documents organised and up to date, including contracts, reports, and schedules. Scheduling: Help set up meetings and keep track of deadlines. Communication: Be the go-to person for questions from the team, contractors, and clients. Ordering Supplies: Assist with ordering materials and equipment needed for projects. Budget Help: Keep an eye on project costs and help process invoices. Problem Solving: Help sort out any small issues that might pop up during a project. About You Experience: Previous experience in admin or project support, ideally in construction or a similar industry. Organisation: You’re great at keeping things organised and staying on top of tasks. Computer Skills: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of other software is a bonus. Team Player: You can work well with others and communicate clearly. Proactive: You take initiative and can work without being micromanaged.
