Role PurposeTo obtain quotations and manage existing cases for Commercial Insurance. This includes setting up new policies, maintaining existing policies, and focusing on new business acquisition and renewal retention.In collaboration with the appointed manager, establish business and personal development goals while actively participating in performance appraisals.

1. Assist in achieving business targets, plans, and budgets as agreed with the manager.
2. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are consistently met.
3. Support the team in obtaining quotations, managing policy renewals, and handling presentations to maximize sales and retention.
4. Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions in line with internal procedures.
5. Effectively plan and prioritise workload to meet business requirements and deadlines.
6. Adhere to internal processes and systems, including the use of Acturis.
7. Uphold a high standard of professionalism, competence, and customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to team success.
