Details of Role
1. Manage, nurture and developthe Customer Support team, communicate job expectations and perform appraisals and job reviews.
2. Contribute customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
3. Processing, monitoring and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.
4. Work closely with our UK based Regional Sales team, producing reports and other strategic information.
