Job Description
* Processing invoices and credit notes on a daily basis.
* Allocating payments from customers to their respective accounts.
* Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
* Assisting with the preparation of monthly account statements.
* Cooperating with the sales team to ensure accurate customer billing.
* Participating in the monthly closing of financial records.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer files.
* Supporting other team members with ad-hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:
* A strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
