Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Scheduler to coordinate and support a team of service engineers operating across the North West region. This is a key role within our operations team, ensuring efficient deployment of engineers to meet customer demands while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate the daily activities of service engineers across the North West area.

Manage incoming service requests, prioritising tasks based on urgency, location, and resource availability.

Act as the main point of contact between engineers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and updates on service times.
*
Optimise routes and schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
*
Monitor and track job progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
*
Handle reactive and planned maintenance bookings.
*
Maintain accurate records of job details, engineer availability, and customer communications.
*
Provide support in managing emergencies or last-minute changes to the schedule.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar scheduler, coordinator, or dispatch role.
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and dynamic workload.
*
Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
*
Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
*
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*
Experience in a service or engineering environment preferred.
*
Calm under pressure with a proactive and adaptable approach.

Ability to build strong relationships with Customers
