💼 The Role
This isn’t your average CSM role. You’ll be embedded in a high-growth environment where you’ll balance strategic thinking with executional excellence. You’ll own a portfolio of high-impact healthcare and life sciences partners, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes with the platform.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Prioritise and manage a diverse range of external partner accounts
*
Make commercial decisions between activations and upsells based on value and potential
*
Segment and tier accounts using data such as ACV and Customer-Dependent Effort (CDE)
*
Develop scalable processes to boost operational efficiency
*
Act as a trusted advisor to high-value clients
*
Collaborate across growth, product, and ops teams to align client success with company goals
✅ What You’ll Need
*
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (Customer Success, Strategy, or Commercial roles)
*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*
A structured approach to managing competing priorities and ambiguity
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Experience working in high-growth or startup environments is a big plus
