Sales Support Executive: £28,000 - £33,000 + excellent benefits
About the Company - Our Client, a UK leading digital media solutions provider has an exciting opportunity for Sales Support Executive to join their friendly team.
About The Role - You will work for a multi-award-winning business supported by a knowledgeable, supportive and close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career over the next two to three years. The role will involve exposure to the whole sales process, including presence at client pitch meetings and involvement in the overall business development process. You'll get to develop your own client relationships. Initially, you will support the sales team and be responsible for the day to day sales administration, maintenance of the CRM, quote creation and general administration.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers with pre and post-sales queries
* Creating performance and sales reports
* Obtaining and inputting quotes
* Onboarding new clients with help from the finance team
* Assist in the planning and execution of customer visits, events and awards
* Assist with the creation of new business proposals, pitches and tender responses
* Undertaking market research, identify and present opportunities and threats
* Building supplier relationships
* Establishing monitoring systems to identify potential tendering opportunities
Required Skills:
* Confident and self-motivated
* Professional and flexible attitude to work, including travel (Approx. 25% of time)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills including numeracy
* Well organized and ability to manage deadlines
* Attentive, with excellent customer service
* Ability to work under pressure
* An eye for detail
* Team player, but have a proactive approach to self-guidance
* Ability to build a rapport with customers and suppliers
* Great IT skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
