The Role:
We are seeking friendly, dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team, where you’ll play an integral role in providing outstanding service to our guests. Key Responsibilities will include:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
* Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
* Regularly test and adjust pool and spa chemical levels to maintain optimal water quality.
* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, and public spaces.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
* Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service across departments.
* Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
* Assist Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures.
* Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Personal Specification:
Essentials
* All applicants must be 18 years or older due to the nature of the role.
* Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
* Genuine interest in maintaining pool and spa quality standards.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Desirables
* Previous experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry.
* Relevant certifications in pool and spa management.
* Certification such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar is advantageous.
Working Pattern:
* Full time: 37.5 hours per week.
* 5 days a week, including some weekends.
* Flexible hours between 6am and 10.30pm.
