Overview
This role is for a part time Customer Care Assistant to work evenings Mon-Fri. Shifts start at either 4pm or 5pm and finish at 11pm.
As a Customer Care Assistant you are often the first face our customers will see. Your role is based in our customer areas and involves speaking to our customers, making sure they are having a great visit. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all customer areas, keeping the tables clean, emptying bins when required and cleaning the toilets. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential along with an outstanding attention to detail.

Our late night shifts start from 4pm with finishing times of up until 1am. As they involve finishing after midnight you will need to be over 18 years old if you wish to work past midnight. Any hours worked after midnight have a £3 per hour premium uplift.
