Customer Success Migration Consultant

We're recruiting on behalf of an IT Services Provider who are looking for a Customer Success Consultant to work on a critical migration project across their Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
As a Customer Success Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the Salesforce Service Cloud migration project.
Understand client business goals and workflows to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
Define success metrics for the migration and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Provide guidance and best practices for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and optimization.
Identify potential risks during the migration process and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor post-migration performance and adoption rates, ensuring smooth operational continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in SaaS implementations, preferably involving Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features, capabilities, and best practices.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator) are desirable.
