My client is a large, well-known charity in Lutterworth seeking a HR Administrator to support their expanding team. The role includes 3 days of remote work per week.
Description
* Provide efficient HR administrative support to the People & Culture team.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, including leave, starters/leavers, and attendance.
* Manage the People & Culture inbox, responding promptly and professionally to queries.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and handling documentation.
* Support and train system users across the organization.
* Coordinate learning and development administration with internal and external providers.
* Assist with payroll data processing related to absence, schedules, and new starters.
* Provide administrative support for HR projects and employee relations activities.
Profile
* Experience as a HR Administrator or People & Culture Administrator.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong data handling, reporting, and analytical skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage workload independently and collaboratively, meeting multiple deadlines.
* Ability to commute to Lutterworth twice a week.
* Available for a 12-month contract.
