Financial Services Administrator Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire Salary: £22,222 pa We are seeking another financial administrator to join our team in our offices in Spalding. The role involves the liaison between financial advisors, clients and financial product providers. Financial Services Administrator - The job role requires you to: Manage financial advisor diaries, booking and confirming appointments with clients, and arrange meeting rooms as required Set up and maintain client records on our computer system (Intelliflo) with initial information and input client meeting notes keeping records up-to-date following administrative system processes Liaise with financial product providers such as Quilter, Prudential, Legal & General chasing product information to progress applications Correspond with clients via telephone, email and post, updating client records with notes of all conversations. Financial Services Administrator - You will need to be a great team player and have: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy of information Previous experience in an administration role using MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and a database system A professional telephone manner A methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise work Be able to work under pressure in a busy office environment A willingness to learn Company benefits include pension, life insurance and opportunity to develop and progress your career.
