We are currently an office of 50 professionals, including 25 Cost Managers, delivering construction solutions for our diverse client base, providing a broad range of services. As a Project Surveyor you will need to have experience gained within a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to undertake a supporting role supervised by an Associate on medium to large size Healthcare, Life Sciences, Defence or Tertiary Education project. You will be expected to work as part of an integrated team in our Norwich office, with your role covering the whole project lifecycle from initial inception and business case development, through the design process, procurement process, site delivery, commissioning phase and defects management. Here’s what you’ll do: Provide effective support to Cost Managers, Graduates and Apprentices. Ensures commissions are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction. Develop strong reciprocal relationships with members of the project team. Manage the delivery of cost management outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards. Provide full cost management duties to AECOM clients. High degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
