About the role:
As a UI/UX Designer you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
You will have knowledge of user psychology, design principles, and business goals and apply those to the design of applications, client portals and other digital platforms.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to work in our Team Valley office 3 days a week.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and development engineers.
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
5. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how Apps/sites function and look.
6. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
10. Adhere to TSG Brand style standards on fonts, colours, and images.
11. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
12. Build strong relationships with clients and users to gather feedback and ensure the design meets their expectations.
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and cohesive user experiences across all platforms.
14. Present and pitch design concepts to internal teams and clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the proposed solutions.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
8. Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.
9. A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
10. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
11. Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
