Job Title: IT Operations Regional Manager
Location: JD Sports, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury Gtr. Manchester: BL9 8RR
Working Rota: Mon-Fri (40 hours)
Working Hours: 08:30-17:00
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist the IT department with delivering technology scheduling and rollouts for stores.
* Support ad-hoc work such as proof of concept initiatives and IT installations.
* Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of rollout projects, creating, executing, and implementing project schedules.
* Successfully manage and deliver project rollouts in the retail environment.
* Control and manage documentation and reporting to support all assigned project rollouts.
* Oversee issues through to resolution using RAID methodology.
* Produce and maintain plans and schedules for rollouts.
* Manage risks and escalate to management.
* Manage Small Works and IT operational projects.
* Regular communication with stores and stakeholders.
* Transition new technology and rollouts into IT support.
* Create budgets for rollouts and maintain accurate cost tracking.
* Manage and gather requirements for rollouts.
* Produce weekly operational reports and project highlight reports.
* European and UK wide travel for scope and trial visits.
* Hold stakeholder meetings for rollouts.
* Management of project-related Risks, Issues, and Change Requests.
