Role Overview
We seek a dedicated Made to Measure Coordinator to be central to our custom textile solutions team. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a passion for interiors and design, and the ability to manage projects and support others in a collaborative environment. You will liaise with customers and suppliers, ensuring that every bespoke order reflects our commitment to quality and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and oversee made-to-measure textile orders (curtains, bedding, cushions) from measurement to order, makeup, and installation, ensuring precision and adherence to customer requirements.
2. Using bespoke IT systems to manage and generate invoices.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, fostering a cooperative environment to meet project goals efficiently.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Qualities
1. Exceptional administration skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
2. Ability to translate measurements and customer requests.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bespoke systems.
5. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. A demonstrated passion for interior design and textiles, aligned with career aspirations in the industry.
