Sales Support Executive
· Leeds office based.
· Opportunity to work 2 days per week from home.
· £30K per annum based on 30 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
· 5% bonus.
· 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
The role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Executive to help drive customer success and team growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our UK sales. The role will primarily be responsible for coordinating work and acting as a supporting role to the National Account Manager with an excellent opportunity for career growth and personal development.
The role is office-based in our Leeds office, with the opportunity to work hybrid 2 days.

Proactive Adoption:
· Support the National Account Manager with retail sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage SKU activity including inputting new SKUs and uploading imagery to client portals.
2. Ensure SKU information is coordinated and communicated with customers and internal teams.
3. Conduct and report regular stock analysis using customer websites.
4. Develop an understanding of our clients’ industry and product offering from competitor research and continuous learning and report valuable insights to the National Account Manager.
5. Maintain and build relationships with customers, responding to any incoming enquiries and support the National Account Manager with customer demands.
6. General administrative support with data analysis/reporting, client promotional forms, contracts, and NPD launches.
7. Occasional support with customer retail events.
8. Support with Digital / Online sales growth, maximizing online exposure through customer promotions, online visibility and brand awareness.
Skills & Experience
1. A positive can-do attitude.
2. Confident using Microsoft Office Suite applications, in particular Excel (and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint a must.
3. A great communicator and able to interact confidently internally and externally at all levels.
4. Able to work using own initiative.
5. Highly organised.
6. Able to demonstrate patience.
7. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
8. Able to manage paid search campaigns (advantageous).
9. A forward-thinking and proactive attitude.
10. Open to learning new skills and adapting to changing marketplace.
