About the Role Our Engagement Team lead on the organisation and delivery of events and activities for schools, the general public and community groups, both at our reserves and out and about around the county. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to support our busy Wilder Learning, Wilder Communities and Wilder Events teams which sit within our Engagement Directorate. You will provide exceptional administrative support, supporting the teams to help connect more people to nature and to take action for wildlife. Tasks will be varied, including dealing with enquiries from schools and the general public, supporting with event/activity coordination and general administrative and finance tasks. The post will be based at NWT HQ in Norwich (with scope for hybrid working considered). Some travel to NWT sites may be required on occasion. We value respect, integrity, trust and responsibility.
