Job Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons for students in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of each child.
* Assessing and recording student progress, providing timely and comprehensive feedback to parents and colleagues.
* Collaborating with other EYFS teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in an Early Years setting
* In-depth knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Safeguarding training
Desirable Skills
* Understanding of child development principles
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Proficient in using technology to enhance learning
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
* Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Working Conditions
* Full-time position with regular school hours
* Classroom-based teaching with opportunities for outdoor learning
* Collaborative working environment with support from fellow teachers and senior leadership
